Cleveland-based developer Fairmount Properties has developed a reputation for creating mixed-use developments in college towns. A new property in Kent, Ohio, consisting of high-end apartments with a ground floor restaurant, needed a name and brand to market it to adults, Kent State University faculty, and empty nesters who want a walkable downtown lifestyle. a5 worked with Fairmount to name the property The Landmark, then developed the key messages and brand, bringing it to life with collateral that helped sell the living units.
